We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and practice with the typepractice tool for:
- Individual typing practice, touch typing education, and speed improvement.
- Classroom, educational, or employee onboarding typing drills.
- Benchmarking programming keystroke velocity and testing code typing accuracy.
You agree not to use automated bots, scrapers, or programmatic scripts designed to overwhelm server infrastructure or manipulate benchmark stats maliciously.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All branding elements, visual design, custom UI components, algorithms, stylesheets, and documentation on typepractice are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. All sample typing passages and programming code snippets are curated for educational practice and typing assessment purposes.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
typepractice is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% calculation accuracy and zero downtime, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall typepractice or its team be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this typing tool, including loss of local browser storage data or device interruption.
